HOUSTON – On Tuesday, March 3, Texans voted on which candidate they want to represent their interests and their party on the ballot for the November general election.
Offices on the ballot in Harris County included county judge, Commissioners Court precinct seats, county clerk, district clerk, county attorney, sheriff, tax assessor-collector, treasurer and numerous district and county court judicial positions.

Party voters decided precinct chair races, and some contests may draw heightened attention depending on turnout and competitive primaries.
Polling places opened from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on Election Day, with early voting held Feb. 17–27.
