Man dead in shooting at N. Harris County apartment complex

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Law enforcement is investigating a fatal shooting at an apartment complex in the northern part of Harris County Monday.

The Harris County Pct. 4 Constable’s Office says the shooting happened in the 14600 block of Ella Blvd.

Details are limited at this time, but authorities say the man has been pronounced dead at the scene by EMS.

“The investigation remains active, and a law enforcement presence will continue in the area. Please avoid the area and expect delays while deputies process the scene,” the constable’s office said.
